Stefanie Peti is a method actress, humanitarian, screenwriter, and entrepreneur based between Los Angeles and New York. Raised between Spain and Uruguay with European and Latin American roots, she holds Spanish, Uruguayan, and American nationality and works bilingually in English and Spanish, with fluency in Catalan.
Trained in Arts and Performance, Stefanie studied at the University of Barcelona’s Belles Arts program, completed a Master’s at the Lee Strasberg Theatre and Film Institute, and further refined her craft through the Stanislavski Method at the Stella Adler Academy. She has been a member of the Actors Studio for 5 years and continues her training at the Ivana Chubbuck Studio in Hollywood.
She is known for her lead role as Sofia Rojas, an FBI agent, in Black Blood on Amazon Prime, with additional credits including HBO’s Ballers and Minx, plus film and television work across multiple productions. As a producer and writer, she recently produced her first film, Malecón, in Cuba, and authored 2 original screenplays, Behind the Front and 2C, exploring mental health and youth drug abuse.
Stefanie is also the founder and CEO of MOOR NYC, a New York lifestyle brand creating travel accessories for pets, inspired by her life on the move and her bond with her dog. Having lived in 7 countries and traveled to nearly 70, she brings cultural depth to her work and supports humanitarian missions and international initiatives focused on children’s education and ending child sexual abuse and trafficking. She is drawn to emotionally driven, independent projects and aspires to direct her own scripts that amplify real stories and unheard voices.
